In life, we all have periods of time where low confidence hits us. Sometimes life events and experiences leave us feeling our confidence has left us. We start questioning our actions and decisions and underestimate our value; not because we are incapable, but because we lack confidence.
Or perhaps you have never felt able to really shine as you know you could. You may feel your inhibitions have always held you back from taking opportunities and living your best life.
I can support you and give you the tools and resources you need to become the naturally confident person you want to be.
We will use a combination of techniques tailored to where you are on your journey. As well as CBT and hypnosis, we can utilise powerful confidence building tools based in drama and theatre exercises. Engaging the body and using role play in a safe environment is a remarkably effective way to overcome self-consciousness and quickly install new confident behaviour.
